Careers
Thank you for your interest in working with Cycling Scotland.
We currently don't have any open positions.

While we help create an environment for everyone in Scotland to cycle easily and safely, we cannot do that without our committed and dedicated employees. We are a small and caring organisation with creative and talented individuals who work together to make a difference to how we travel and live. We would love to welcome new talent to our organisation who can help us achieve our vision of a sustainable, inclusive and healthy Scotland where anyone, anywhere can enjoy all the benefits of cycling.
Our work is aligned with our values and we operate in a caring and flexible way, striving for a welcoming and friendly culture. We work in different teams with a focus on collaboration. Our staff are valued and trusted to work with autonomy as their work plays an important and meaningful part in overcoming local and global challenges.
We are an organisation that understands that employees have a life outside work and that curating the right work-life balance is optimal for everyone. We are therefore trialing a hybrid way of work and offer our people a range of benefits.
We ask that prospective candidates submit their CV, which includes your work experience and education history, alongside application forms. No pictures please as we are interested in your abilities above all else.
The short application forms help you demonstrate how your skills and experience make you a good candidate for our role.
Candidates shortlisted are invited to a competency-based interview with a friendly recruitment panel that aims to put candidates at ease and get to know them. The interview consists of providing personal examples to questions regarding the given role. We also welcome questions from the candidates as we appreciate that you want to know about us too. Some roles may require undertaking a short presentation or test which will address the criteria in the person specification, which candidates are informed of well in advance of the interview.
As a responsive organisation, we aim to have a quick turnaround time during our recruitment process as we understand that your time is valuable and we appreciate your efforts and energy in wishing to join us.
We list open vacancies on this page with detailed information and instructions on how to apply. The application process normally consists of submitting a completed application form, equal opportunities form as well as your CV.
