Videos

Bikeability Scotland training supports riders to make safe decisions and make journeys by bike.

Throughout the training, riders practice and develop ‘core functions’ which can be used in any environment. To help explain the core functions, and how they are used, Cycling Scotland has produced a series of five videos. These are intended for both instructors delivering sessions, and school children preparing for Bikeability Scotland training.

The videos can be viewed individually below, or in this playlist.

A full range of training videos relevant to the nursery/school setting can also be found in Cycling Scotland's resources section.
